Pros: Recognition And appreciation and making customers occassions special.
Cons: I cant work more then 34 hours as full time. I cant switch departments, I've tried many times over a 5 month period.
I love working third shift been doing it for 26 years.

Pros: I enjoy stocking it's like merchising the product on the shelve, and get to meet interesting people that come in the store.
Cons: The company doesn't let me grow and learn new things. The company wants the older generation out and just have the young to work their.
