When it comes to location, the highest average paycheck (around $55K per year) can be spotted in New York, N.Y.; Los Angeles, Calif. ($53K), San Diego, Calif. (approximately $46K), and Minneapolis, Minn. (about $32K) are the next top-paying cities. Across Zara's U.S. offices, employees in the state of New York earn the most, taking home $54K annually.

Years of Experience

Those who have five to nine years of work experience see average salaries of $48K per year. Overall, the greater share of Zara folks have one to four years of experience and earn an average approximately $39K annually.


Nearing the top of the pay scale are Retail Department Managers, Retail Store Assistant Managers, Operations Managers, and Floor Supervisors; while the first receives the highest median pay at around $48K per year, the other salaries come in at $42K, about $41K, and $34K, respectively.
