Know your languages so all you have to learn are the company specifics. Learn Git and do some programming at home on something that interests you. Make games or tools to help you with your budget or anything else you could automate, or find an open source project to work on. Above all, don't be afraid of change. Push for it. You'll make your job a place you like to be, and your efforts will be noticed.
