Job satisfaction is high. I love the work.
Apprentice Cook:
Pros: I love that I get to be creative and technical at the same time. I enjoy working with taste, colour and texture. I enjoy the fast pace and watching peoples faces as they enjoy the results of my work.
Cons: I don't like the sometimes erratic hours and the low wage.
