Cons: Not all the equipment functions properly which can sloe down the proccess.

Fabulous clientele, No upward mobility.

Cons: The lack of communication from higher management results in certain managers taking credit where it is not due. There is no ability for a pay raise, even when numbers are showing #1 in district and regional rankings for multiple months.
