Pros: I like my job because it each task is different. My job allows me to think and to use my skills that I been taught. I receive a great deal of satisfactory when I successfully complete a task.

Excellent compensation, decent benefits. Flexibility in schedule and management. However, corporate buzzwordy initiatives run rampant and must be avoided. I do worry that the corporate leadership is somewhat disconnected from the products and front line engineers.
