Job Description for Board Certified Behavior Analyst

A board certified behavior analyst is responsible for creating plans to help children, teens, and adults with behavioral issues, mental health issues, and/or developmental disabilities. These analysts develop treatment plans with clients (and their loved ones, as needed); they then work with the patient to implement this plan, monitor clients' progress, and revise the plan as needed. This analyst also performs behavioral assessments and creates programming for their organization.
