Care Worker in Colwyn Bay:
Pros: I like that there are many flexible hours and they have been able to fit my shifts around me being in full time education. I get on well with everyone that I work with as well as the residents in the residential home. The holidays are also good as we can take a holiday whenever we want to as long as no other member of staff is off at that given time.
Cons: I dont like how I get paid a different amount to everyone else just because of my age as I am doing the same job as all of the others.
