Q: What is it like working as a Certified Dialysis Technician?

November 2018
Certified Dialysis Technician:
It’s great at this location Gloucester, to work. I enjoy coming to work seeing my patients, and working with my staff members. We’re a little family here. Teamwork, makes the dream work! However, I feel you’re not compensated by the work involved. The pay scale definitely needs to increase, based on years experience. In my earnest opinion the insurance is not great. I’d recommend Cigna!

July 2014
"Cheap Company Always Looking To Cut Corners On Budget."
Certified Dialysis Technician:
Pros: Honestly in the year plus I have been with this company I don't have much good to say.
Cons: The company cuts a lot of corners to save money on their budget. My clinic has several things wrong with it. The air-conditioning in the break room has been broken for a few weeks leaving it a sauna for what little time we have for breaks. The FA is never there. The company gives you a "victory bonus" of only a few hundred dollars when it used to be over one thousand and you get taxed sixty percent on it. They fail to give the annual raises on time and its only a slim 3% of our current hourly pay. I can go on but I don't want to get upset.

"Very time consuming and no work life balance."
Certified Dialysis Technician in Southern Pines:
Pros: The patients
Cons: The long hours, never knowing when your gonna get off, with extra duty added on with very low pay.
