Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Longmont:
Pros: I wouldn't have made it as long as I have at Life Care if it weren't for my "work family" and the care and compassion we give to each other as well as our residents.
Cons: Constantly understaffed due to budget issues, underpaid for the work load we take on, underappreciated by admin. and upper management. Pay the loyal employees in cold, hard cash, not the rare pizza party, and maybe the place wouldn't be a revolving door.
