Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
Life care centers seems to only care about how much money they can make off the resident. It appears that that according to it's own policy that if you don't have the staff to care for the resident you are not to admit any. This policy is not being followed. Due to the level of care of the residents needs the numbers of staff is way off. Has a hard time hiring staff due to the bad reputation. Can't say that the turn over is high due to the fact they can't seem to find cna's to come into work. Unable to hire lpn's but is able hire RN' S to run the med carts. Management has no respect for thier employees, all you are is a number to use to show to the state.

Very unorganized. Low pay. Managment turns a blind eye to abuse allegations, constant call ins, no call no shows. Paychecks are always wrong. Makes promises. Constantly changing policies to benefit them.
