Claims Adjuster / Examiner / Investigator:
I like my job, it is interesting to deal with complex claims, policyholders /brokers. The only downside is that there is always a overload of work. The people with whom I work with are very nice. There is a culture of belonging. Overall a good company to work for.

Claims Adjuster / Examiner / Investigator:
Pros: As the leading TPA in the country Sedgwick strives to ensure employee satisfaction in order to attract the top employees in their field of expertise. Based on the type of business it is of best interest that they offer one of the most comprehensive benefits package in order to remain top in employee retention several years running.
Cons: Would appreciate it if there was more opportunity for advancement. You can be offered all the education in the world however at some point you feel under appreciated, under paid and less then challenged which leads to dissatisfaction and resentment.
