Job Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Clinical Nurse III?

Clinical Nurse III in San Francisco:
"CN III in High Profile University Outpatient Oncology Center."
Pros: It is very meaningful. We help a lot of people. The people I work with are fantastic, by and large. An amazing group of highly dedicated, incredibly intelligent, and driven professionals.
Cons: Very stressful. Administration likes to cut financial corners with staffing; we are chronically understaffed. In outpatient, there is no control over how many people might need your help every day. We are continually told to do more with less, and it is convenient for management to ignore the fact that we are already working full bore all the time and we need problem-solving, not to have the problem thrust back on us.
