Pros: The large size of the company allows greater opportunities to work on different projects.
Cons: Large business that wants to produce good work for a competitive price, and therefore is limited on providing sizable raises. Very top heavy.

Pros: Once you get the call it is challenging, interesting, forces you to think fast on your feet.
Cons: The calls are infrequent and not steady... Never know when I am going to work or not.

Cons: At times it is very demanding and requires long days. No overtime pay, nor is there any comp time, but if you work a weekend in the field then you will sometimes get that back.
