This department has an extremely high turn over. Everyone is miserable and hates their job. Leadership is horrible- the higher ups sit and gossip about employees to other employees all day. If you are looking for a high school environment, this is the place for you! But be aware, the moment you complain or vent to your manager you will be fired. Nepotism and favoritism is at it’s all time high in this department. HCA is always acquiring new facilities however this department is always understaffed. So you will always be stessed. Productivity is impossible to meet and they will fire you for it if it’s not met! Run far away from this company no matter how desperate for a job you are.
