What is it like working as a Data Analyst?
January 2019
Data Analyst:
Great work life balance. Has same issues as big corporate companies, but also has good benefits. 4 week vacation to start, which kinda off helps with the average pay. Company has lots of problems to solve, and the work done is appreciated.

Staff is excellent. Teams are excellent. Its a little hard to get used to in the begining but since everyone is so supportive, it makes for an enjoyable experience. I look forward to working here for another year.

December 2018
Data Analyst:
Free lunch and dress for your day were a plus. However, the future and survival of the company remains suspect due to lack of competitiveness in the marketplace. Additionally, there is daily conflict between legacy and modern IT systems, making day-to-day business more difficult than necessary. (E.g., still operating MS Office 2010). Lastly, employees tend to silo themselves to their department with a click-culture mentality, engage in group think, and gossip behind each other's back. Would recommend for gaining experience but not a long-term career.
