Excellent work opportunities, a cultural city on the cusp of even more growth than before, New South Wales has a lot to offer.

Pros: Good work life balance - people come in early, by about 8 to 9am, but they leave early too. Rarely are people expected to stay later than their 8 hours at work, or work on weekends.
Lack of hierarchy - Hierarchial structures at work are relatively flat. It is not uncommon for a junior employee to bring up an issue directly with the head if they feel their direct boss is being unfair to them.
