Excellent work opportunities, a cultural city on the cusp of even more growth than before, New South Wales has a lot to offer.

Pros: Good work life balance - people come in early, by about 8 to 9am, but they leave early too. Rarely are people expected to stay later than their 8 hours at work, or work on weekends. Lack of hierarchy - Hierarchial structures at work are relatively flat. It is not uncommon for a junior employee to bring up an issue directly with the head if they feel their direct boss is being unfair to them.

Right from the moment I stepped into their offices and started working, the work and project are always relevant to what I want do and what a Dat Engineer should be doing. Everyone trust you to do your work and deliver great software in time.

Pros: The people. I really great crew to hang with. You can image, joining a company then suddenly before you build any relations you are to stay home and work from there. But I no day has passed-by and I felt like I was not past of the team
