My love for children makes it worth while. Working here is very stressful some Co workers don't do their job.

Pros: Getting to know people (parents) working with children especially infants.
Cons: My pay, I have been in childcare go 20 years my pay has went from 8.35 an hr to 10.00. We have very little benefit with no raise in the near future.

Loving clients.. Great staff.. Go thru he'll every so often.. From clients..need to pay more money to staff to keep them..again.. Pay more money to staff. A lot of book work, and computer problems.. Lots of mice in house.
