Pros: I like the satisfaction that it brings me when I complete a project. I can see something I have designed in my head be realised, there is always something to be learnt.
Cons: The job is undervalued, highly competitive, pretentious, with a high workload which can really dismantle relationships if you are not careful.

"Should I quit my job?"
Design Architect:
When I started at this company I gave 120% and get back 80%, mainly in relations with trades. The company is not properly structured. My advice if you want to grow, you should look somewhere else unless some changes are made at the top.
