Pros: I'm a person like to share knowledge and improve my work, I don't like to be outdated Engineer who only make boring same tasks every week. The most Interesting things at my job that I had to get opportunity to get a lot of useful information which came from big R&D companies and not available to anyone.
Cons: Being Sabotaged by Managers, not getting paid to what I deserved, stealing my jobs and idea by other coworkers just to get promotion over me or take my position.
