The flexibility of the working schedule is very good. Unfortunately the local management does not have any say in who is rewarded or promoted. It is all in the hands of upper management and the bean counters.

Environmental Engineer:
I started out as an environmental engineer and quickly learned how severely underpaid I was. I did not feel my management really advocated for me regarding career related issues. Good way to get a years worth of experience and then go somewhere that would be better for your growth.
