As companies seek to address environmental concerns related to their business operations, environmental managers are increasingly important, particularly in large corporations. Environmental managers are tasked with oversight of companies’ overall environmental friendliness. These managers seek to increase “green” practices by developing business initiatives that increase environmental friendliness, then putting them in place and monitoring success. Newcastle is located at 43°51′11″N 104°12′34″W (43.853183, -104.209343). It is located at the southwest edge of the Black Hills, at the intersections of U.S. Route 16 and U.S. Route 85.
