The executive administrative assistant is responsible for many different tasks and plays a big part in the smooth operation of any business. Employees in this position are expected to carry out multiple administrative duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, attending meetings, taking notes, establishing communications between customers and executives, and maintaining good office relations.
