Q: What is it like working as an Executive Housekeeper?
"Enjoy what you do."
I think you should always enjoy and take pride in the service you provide. If you ever start to feel dread coming to work, then it is time to change jobs, either due to the work duties or the actual work place. Always take pride in the work you preform, if there comes a time you dont care and rush thru, you need to re-elvatuate ,either how you are getting the work done, or if there is a reason you feel this way. To preform any type of customer service you must have a real interest in making people happy.Always remember when dealing with staff that you were new to the job at one time, and not one approach work for every employee, Being hard on all your employees doesnt gain you respect.Employees who respect you, strive harder to do work correctly, a compliment for a job done well goes along way, motivate by showing them you can also do the work they do. Remember to ""Lead" you must have first ""followed"
