Cons: Low pay
A rewarding place to work but because it is a nonprofit, pay is not where it should be for quality employees. Benefits are very limited but the culture is mostly good. Management is sometimes controlling.

Cons: The noise, the traffic, the commute.

Surround yourself with the most seasoned accountants in your hiring range. I don't recommend entry level accountants for a corporate environment unless it is A/R, A/P, or Payroll.
