Great Environment, but you have to be comfortable with change.

Pros: I love that my work and opinions are valued, that the company does a lot of good for the community and is very conscious of morale and providing opportunities for employees.
Cons: I feel like I'm often unsure if I will be laid off or not. I work extremely hard to go above and beyond at every turn, but layoffs are frequent and its hard to predict the future of my position.
