Always be willing to listen, there is always two sides to a story don't jump to conclusions! Training is very important without training your staff can't move forward. Communication between staff is important. Always be fair and consistent with staff. Be happy with your job if you can't come to work and love your job and your staff you are in the wrong place find a new job.

I asked for a substitute for another the sub never showed up. When confronted the sub snobbed me and ignored me. I was discriminated against because the coordinator was jealous because her students liked me and requested me and not her.
