Houseperson Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Houseperson?

Houseperson in Robinson:
"Micromanaged, overworked, and understaffed."
Pros: I like that my job is within 5 minutes of my house. This ultimately gives me more time at home.
Cons: For almost a year I have experienced what it is like to be overworked and feel little compassion from those bringing the duties upon me. The process is further slowed down by equipment replacements that were cut from the budget. Additional waste appears in the consistent micromanaging from upper management that strangles the day to day operations of our and all departments. Lastly, the immense responsibility on my shoulders that brings stress with along, is the large amount of duties to complete in a limited amount of time without enough staff to tactfully and efficiently complete them..
