Pros: I enjoy the flexibility in work environments and the opportunities to expand my experience through different varieties of work, (remediation vs baseline) etc.
Cons: Learning opportunities are limited to when there is available budget and the right type of project. I end up doing a lot of things I am not experienced with and have no background knowledge of simply because they have nobody else to do it.
Pros: Going to site and doing fieldwork.
