I really think retail engineering is the future.
Pros: To stay in a continuous improvement with my job and personal time.
Cons: The work environment could be better for the employees.

Its already in the books, learn while you are an undergraduate and practice after you are employed. The employer expects you to know the theory at least.
Pros: I like the electrical and mechanical part in my job but mostly the management part.
Cons: I don't like too much electronics because very small parts.
Pros: Flexible working hours, Amount of vacation time available.
Cons: The drive in to work, Constantly being overtasked.
