No supervisor responsibilities.
Very high compensation per unit of effort.
Pride of producing unequaled quality product in our industry.
Close. Can often commute by bicycle in under 20 minutes.
Products we produce makes people safer and protects them.
Job security is extremely high. Future is in a strong growth sector.
Important rush jobs at times balanced with frequent down time to do routine tasks and organization/cleaning.
Realizing just how much the team relies on my expertise to fulfill the mission.
Prior security clearance pays employment dividend as a premier DARPA/Military contractor.
Nearly always unhindered vacation requests.
Some of the people are nice/respectful/considerate and reverent.

The grounds could be better cared for.
Safety dept is lacking.
Little to no formal OJT training to standardize or improve procedures.
Glacial pace of implementing improvements.
