Job Description for Inventory Coordinator

Inventory coordinators are responsible for overseeing the preparation and processing of purchase orders to ensure that manufacturers have the available products readily available. They are also in charge of making recommendations for restocking inventory as needed and making sure customer orders are filled properly. Additionally, they are responsible for analyzing and resolving any inventory issues that may arise. They also need to compare the actual stock inventory against the office records to ensure that all counts are as accurate as possible. Inventory coordinators also need to complete all work in accordance with company policies and standards.
