Laboratory Manager Reviews
Q: What is it like working as a Laboratory Manager?
Laboratory Manager in San Antonio:
"Satisfied with with what I do but not with compensation."
Pros: Patient care
Laboratory Manager in Chicago:
Pros: Not being supervised closely
Cons: No communication
Laboratory Manager in Guymon:
"Uncompensated, underappreciated, uncommunicated, heavy work load, unrealustic expectatuons."
Pros: The relationships built with people being cared for
Cons: The discrimination and inequality of employees
It is an ever changing, challenging environment. I have gained a huge amount of experience because you get involved with so many different aspects of the business. This is not your typical lab manager role.
