Landscaping Supervisor:
Pros: The best part about my job is customer satisfaction whenever a property is service completely and the customer is happy with the job me and my team has done it makes me happy.
Cons: Sometimes the crew that I work with is under staff and we are expected to do the same amount of work in the same time as if we were fully staff which can be frustrating, also as a supervisor we are not paid time and a half is the method used.
