A landscaping supervisor oversees and manages the field crew. They ensure work done by the field crew complies with contract specifications and the expectations of the customers and employers. The landscaping supervisor plans, schedules, and implements the tasks of the field crew, as well as monitors the working conditions at the job site to ensure a safe working environment. They may recommend additional services to customers and employers as needed to enhance the beauty of their properties. The landscaping supervisor must successfully perform duties while conserving resources and staying within budget.
