Company not run well.
Lead Service Technician:
Pros: Flexible hours. Vacation. Sick days. Relatively relaxed. My direct bosses are young and let me do my work with little interference.
Cons: Company not run well. Owner is too 'old school'. All of the upper management have been at the company for decades and do not want change. Owner micromanages - and poorly. Owner too caught up in world economy. Bonuses fluctuate heavily based on monthly revenue which is based almost entirely on the sales staff performance and not your own.
