Pros: The commute is great. Very close to home and my girls.
Cons: Sometimes there's major traffic but manageable.

The Firm is attempting to become more diversified and inclusive which is a good thing. I give it an "E" for Effort. However. It does not force some of its partners who are past the age of retirement to retire. Until changes are made to remove some of the same mentalities of yesteryear, then diversification and inclusion will be a long time coming. Room for growth also continues to be a challenge.

Pros: The people, entertainment, zoo, museums.
Cons: Weather, delayed trains, cost of living.

Work on learning the personalities of each person you support and don't be afraid to speak up when you need direction on priorities.
