Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Billings:
As a new employee I can say so far so good. Steep learning curve for all the different software applications. Software bugs are aggravating. Just when you think you've figured out how to use the apps the VA upgrades and changes the software. Pay could be better considering the high cost of rent in my area, but can adjust budget to compensate.

Enjoy the patients, other employees as a whole. I enjoy working as a nurse the pride of a good job well done!! I enjoy and work with attitude of patients first professional working!! I am glad to report to work and glad to leave. I Thank that a Great balance. My pay after 15 or 16 years is not where it should be that's my opinion. I have not reached max pay which is 25 yet!! I desire pay raise in spite of raise received in March. Thank you for the opportunity to express myself.
