Pros: I like the flexibility of my job and being able to be creative with using curriculum and tailoring it to my clients.
Cons: What I like the least about my job are some of the safety concerns I have with working around psychiatric males who need more security in place around me.

It's messy at times and you deal with a lot of bodily fluids. It's slow quite a lot and you have to have a good amount of patience.
