Being a machine on at Oldcastle was a great experience. As a machine operator I learned a lot of skills that I previously had no knowledge of such s welding ,cutting using a torch and driving a front loader jus to name Few.

Big turn over because of the temp workers they bring in, the culture is bad because they don't care about the workers who are trying to make a difference ,benefits are very high because a person was killed there and getting hurt happen alot, the HR department is very unfair and it's a lot of talk but no Action, and the people who do care they run off.
