Maintenance Supervisor in Gulf Shores:
Pros: I live there and that's it.
Cons: Management completely disregards anything you suggest to them about repairing things and they keep leading you on telling you that you'll get your employee discount this week and they don't give it to you. They micro manage you and require you to do everything from maintenance to painting, cleaning recent move outs within 5 days or you'll be disciplined while property managers receive a bonus for maintenance flipping the apartments and getting someone moved in. Or to go into an apartment or unit without the proper personal protection equipment like mold.
