Pros: Very active. Lots of work. The people are good.
Cons: Does not pay enough for all the work I do. Not managed very well.

"The best job I ever..."
Material Handler:
Pros: I get paid for preparing material for hot dip galvanizing. Hanging items on a over head rack which carries material for processing. Great work.
Cons: This author does not have any bad experiences for this job. If this author would have found this position earlier in life, many dead end jobs could have been prevented.

Pros: Not controlled, can work at the pace the you want.
Cons: A lot of walking, not very temperature controlled environment.

Pros: The benefits, pay, voluntary overtime, paid holidays.
Cons: Being micromanaged at times, poor management skills or leadership.

Pros: Great management. Incentive pay is good during summer season. Employee recognition is great.
Cons: Certain coworkers tend not to show up whenever they don't feel like it and still are employed.

Cons: The bosses and supervisors lie cheat and steal from employees start issues between employees to purposely turn them against each other they Do not give raises and they promote unqualified and under trained individuals to posisions they treat all staff that doesn't hold a cell leader posision and down like complete garbage and constantly there tonight them with losing there jobs.
