Cons: picking up everyone's slack and dealing with fellow employees not doing their job and arriving late everyday but being paid more than i even though they have less experience less responsibility and never complete their assign task/ side work and manager attitude disrespect snappiness toward self in front of others when asked for help with or how to do something the lack of actual training and the bad sometimes cruel responses and favoritism with employees

This new company bought our hotel about a year and a half ago. I have been treated well. The only thing that I don’t like about the current owners Is that they have no 401(k) Other than that it seems like a good company.
