Pros: My patients are for the most part appreciative. There is a need for what I do so I definitely feel I make a difference in others lives.
Cons: From the bottom up and top down - major issues with sexism particularly in the OR and lounges, cultural insensitivity/racism, biases and microaggressions.
Despite Carle foundation day last year (focused on diversity). Not much has been done and there is a need for improvement. Lack of transparency with leadership
