Occupational Therapist (OT) Reviews

Q: What is it like working as an Occupational Therapist (OT)?

Occupational Therapist (OT):
Micromanagement of productivity, time consuming documentation system, understaffed. Staff work well together as a team. Very limited supplies available to assist patients with increasing independence. Nice benefits, no weekends.

Occupational Therapist (OT):
Working for EnduraCare has been great so far as far as the benefits and the people I work alongside. I do wish employees received a better raise - more than just a 1% merit raise annually. This is the first company I have worked for so I don’t have much to compare them to.
