I feel it is very important to be "hands on" in every aspect of the business. Don't just rely on input from others but spend time in area of the company in need of attention and draw your own conclusions and solutions.

Always be confident in what you have been chosen to do in your choice of job. Be prepared with any and all presentation you plan to share. Give praise to those who require it in public and criticize those who need it in private. Love the work you do and you never work a day.
