Cons: If your not careful they let you know when, you overstepped you poison even though you have more knowledge then the other so it turn into an argument. Anyone can do this job. but they confine an hide their tracks when they do its final. I can't even contact HR with out my manager to hold my hand. EHS manger is no where near qwaified then they fire and had the other EHS women let go then the bring in a new one 3 years later after the one who knew EHS and didi EHS till you got someone but i cant apply to the role? Its a Very shady place. They don't pay you correctly for what type of work you do its a number game how many can you do, don't worry about quality.
Unprepared, Unorganized, No pride/Care for quality of work. Careless.
