Q: What is it like working as a Phlebotomist?

"Good, except for the pay."
Phlebotomist in Louisville:
Pros: I work independently and good up to date training
Cons: The pay
December 2018
Phlebotomist:
Staff is great but the company has no respect or value for it's staff. Overworked and underpaid having to constantly play beat the clock with extra duties, including constant reading and signing off on every little thing and then having to justify your overtime even if it's 15 mins only. Has a shady feel to it overall. More about the numbers than the quality of care. Has high turn around of staff which isn't surprising at all.
