April 2021
Product Manager, (Unspecified Type) in New York:
Get on a team that cares about your development and is cared about by the business. Otherwise life will suck. Moving internally is an option. Bonuses aren't a certainty... Unless you're on a more beloved LOB team. Everyone is getting ready for the Aon merger and costs are being hawkishly watched. Still a decent place to work on the right team. I've been on more than one.
