One’s experience working at PATH depends greatly on the team one works with. I have had incredible support from managers and colleagues, and they pay is above similar positions in the city. The vacation and flex policies are very good. The one drawback would be the lack of clear advancement from entry level to mid level employee.

Great company. Very friendly environment. A perfect population to serve. You will learn a lot about the importance and risk of feeding an age range of 6weeks old to 5 years of age. Great monitoring skills are learned.
